- No photographs
- No wax/plastic-coated paper
- No textbooks
- Don’t worry about removing: sticky notes, staples,
paper clips, spiral bindings, rubber bands, tape, plastic
tabs, or envelope stamps/labels/windows.

- Advertising inserts (glossy only are OK)

- No paper bags

- No vitamin/Rx bottles
- No light bulbs

Cardboard
- Corrugated cardboard
- Pizza boxes & ("pleats" between the two
outer layers)
- Brown paper
- grocery bags
Magazines & Phone
Books
- Remove plastic wrapping (magazines & catalogs)
- Phone Books
- Paperback Books
- No hardcover books
- Paperboard (single layer only, no corrugated cardboard)
- No other recyclable papers (office pak,
newspaper, cardboard). Place in designated recycling
bins.

Paperboard
- Cereal, cracker boxes & (remove inside bag)
- 6 & 12-pack cartons
- Paper tubes
- Paper egg cartons
- Shoe boxes
Special Materials
- Diskettes, Transparencies and Tyvek envelopes (separate
materials and mail in small quantities to Recycling at
Campus Box 209).
- Toner Cartridges (printer and some fax). Deposit at
any of the 5 campus copy centers.
